To ensure this happens, we are now looking for a dedicated B2B Marketing Manager to take the lead in framing our proposition and help us take our compelling story to market in the right way.

About the opportunity

As a Marketing Manager you will play a critical role at KAE, owning the marketing strategy and be hands-on in its implementation, working with and providing guidance to the leadership. You will take the lead across a broad range of marketing activities designed to increase brand awareness and generate quality leads.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering marketing campaigns with the goal of generating qualified, quality leads into the business from multiple channels. Tracking and reporting on lead generation and using as insight to refine approach for future campaigns.
  • Owning the KAE social media strategy and delivery of content across all social media channels, such as LinkedIn, including content creation, and publication.
  • Managing website and implementing a content strategy with the aim of increasing website traffic. Produce content in the form of news, articles, blog posts, with a focus on SEO.
  • Creating and implementing communication strategies for existing and target clients, derived from internal and external market intelligence, identifying targeted opportunities to connect.
  • Ongoing management of CRM (HubSpot) to build contact lists for email campaigns and events, ensuring all contacts and conversations are up to date.

Who we are looking for

This opportunity is for an experienced B2B marketing professional with proven background of marketing within a management consultancy or other B2B professional services environment. A genuine understanding of how to position a professional service will be essential for this role. Ideal candidates will be hands-on and prepared to be involved in all aspects of the marketing role, from the strategic to the day-to-day.

In addition, we will ask you to demonstrate that you bring:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role, with clear evidence of impact on lead generation.
  • Can operate as the internal marketing expert, provide direction and coach/support others.
  • Managing social media strategy and accounts across major platforms (LinkedIn, X etc) and leading on creation and delivery of original content.
  • Working knowledge of MS Teams, LinkedIn, X and HubSpot.
  • Have a professional, high-quality approach with strong copy-writing and proof-reading skills.
  • Are results focused; continuously seeking to evaluate and maximise the impact of marketing activity.
  • Happy to work 3 days a week in our Farringdon office.
  • Be able to demonstrate alignment with our values; work together, care and share, choose courage and stay curious.

Remuneration

£60,000-£70,000 (FTE) plus discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
